Staying at this hotel was a good experience. the staff at the restaurant were very attentive, especially during breakfast, and the inclusion of rice balls for lunch on-the-go was a great gesture. We also appreciated the location of the hotel, which was conveniently located near attractions, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
There was one aspect of the hotel that let it down slightly. the quality of the dinner did not match the high expectations we had after reading reviews online.

Perfectly situated for our business trip, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room. Although it was a smoking room, there was no unpleasant smell, and the mini suite surpassed our expectations. the highlight of our stay was the attentive staff at the restaurant who went out of their way to make sure our breakfast was perfect. We were impressed with the complimentary rice balls for lunch to go; a thoughtful touch that was greatly appreciated.

We were able to secure a decent room at a very affordable rate. The room was quite spacious for the two of us and had a lovely view of the surrounding area. The hotel location was very convenient being close to several landmarks and attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast which was more than adequate.
Our romantic escape wasn't as great as we had hoped. Our room was in need of some serious TLC and could have been cleaner.

We got a smoking room as it was the last one available when we booked late, but were actually surprised by its cleanliness and the spacious mini suite we got for the price. The breakfast service was excellent, with friendly staff and a complimentary lunch to-go that included delicious rice balls. The hotel's location and available parking made getting around this city easy, and the staff at the restaurant were attentive.
Nothing negative to say.
